Hours:
We are flexible give or take an hour.
We are open Mon/Thu on weeks Dr Aulakh is away for CE (~6-7 times
a year).
Tue: 7-8:00am to 4-5:00pm
Wed: 10:00am to 7:00pm
Fri: 7-8:00am to 4-5:00pm
Sat: 9:00am to 2:00pm

How can we contact you, or you contact us?
By email, telephone, mail or fax. If you furnish us with your email or a phone number we
will reminder of your dental appointment 24 hours in advance. We can even send text
message and email reminders.
How can I pay for treatment?
We are happy to accept most methods of payment; cash, debit and credit cards are all
welcome. We can also assist you with financing your treatment with affordable monthly payments
through Care Credit finance. We also on a limited basis allow
in-house financing. We would politely
request that your account is settled in full after each appointment.
What insurances do you accept?
We accept all insurances that allow you to chose you dentist. We are also a prefferred provider for The following insurances:
Delta Dental, Regence, Washington Dental Service, Metlife, Aetna, Assurant, and Cigna. Please call the office for specific details..
We do not accept any managed care, HMO, DMO plans that place limits on your dental care. We also accept DSHS insurance for patients younger than 21 on a limited basis.

What dental procedures do you do?
We are a general and cosmetic dental office and thus provide a complete dental care for you and your family.
We do cleanings, fillings, cosmetic procedures, crowns, bridges, implants, root canals, extractions, wisdom teeth,
night guards, mouth guards, etc.

What happens if I am unable to make an appointment?
We request 24 hours notice when canceling an appointment to avoid a charge being made.
Due to the increasing high demand for appointments we feel it necessary to levy a charge for
any missed appointments / cancellations of less than 24 hours notice.
What happens if I have dental pain when the practice is closed?
We operate an "on call" emergency service at the weekend and holidays. If you require this
service please telephone 425-378-3368 for details of operation of this service and to obtain the
cell phone number of Dr. Aulakh.
Remember if it is a life-threatening emergency call 911.
